How We're Helping
Call Me ClayZ summer camps encourage youth to create throughout the year. It gives them the opportunity to learn from experts in the ceramics field that they wouldn’t necessarily have the opportunity to otherwise. Ceramics has become an outlet for creative expression and can be both therapeutic and gratifying. “In our digital, screen-obsessed world, the act of producing unique handmade objects, and the tactile experience of throwing pots on the wheel or creating sculptures from slabs of clay, is extremely satisfying.” It has become an activity that can be compared to yoga or meditation, granting wellness to flow through you, activating your sensory cortex and allowing you to create.

*Call Me ClayZ now had a physical location! We're hoping to open in a couple of months after renovations! Stay tuned for the opening date!

We would like to give a great big Shout out to The Cedar City Arts Council for awarding us with one of their mini grants! Every little bit really helps fund Call Me ClayZ, allowing us the opportunity to educate our youth!
At this time Call Me ClayZ is reaching out to donors for support. All donations are appreciated and you can donate as little or as much as you like. Call Me ClayZ was designed to educate youth in the community about ceramic arts and provide collegiate scholarship opportunities to those who are studying the arts.
